i just realized that none of these songs are newtome songs and even though the rules don’t say they have to be new, i feel like i’m jilting you somehow. so, here’s something new to me

i’ve been to the library three times this week. it’s about a mile from my house to the library and there are a lot of cool houses on the way, which makes the walk there and back pretty enjoyable, especially if i remember to bring my mp3 player. walking helps me sort my thoughts and lately it feels very cluttered in my head. wouldn’t it be cool if you could just throw some old thoughts in a bag and drop them off at the goodwill? somebody must want them. so, anyway, i’m loose on the streets, sortin out my thoughts. i have to have a destination because i have to. i cannot be wandering around aimlessly. if i was gonna do that i could’ve just stayed at home and paced around the house. the library makes a good destination. i get to pick out some new books or dvds or whatever. here’s the thing; i haven’t had enough time to finish reading the books i checked out before. i have a big pile of books to read now. i need a new destination.

m gave the dogs the gift of new bed.

misty says no real dog would ever sleep on a cushy, pillow bed and is snubbing the bed.

pal says it is his sole purpose in life to become one with the bed and will only be separated from it by force. not even treats will deter him from his new purpose.

somewhere along the line i seem to have lost my motivation. where did it go? i don’t know. i’ve been looking for it all week. i’ve not been looking hard enough, though, cuz i still don’t know where it is. i did however find a new favorite song. i love a song that makes good use of the accordion.
